We do not hold any responsibility of paying import tax. For the import or sale tax in your countries, please get updated from the post office or custom department in your bureaucy.
All items are supposed to be in good condition and tested. If buyer received any defective items, please report us immediately by sending messages to customerservice@tmiplus.com. We are very pleased to resolve the problem. We are not responsible for paying any return shipping costs but we are glad to pay the shipping cost for replacement.
